Whole pork butt smoked over hickory wood for hours, then shredded and served in its own sauce.

A 1/4 or 1/2 chicken slow-smoked with our blend of herbs and seasonings.
Quarter Pound Beef Hot Dog
All beef hot dogs and from the grill.
One Pound Pork Steak
Marked on the grill, then finished in the smoker and slathered in a sweet BBQ sauce.
Pulled Chicken
Slow-smoked chicken thighs shredded and served in their own au jus.
Beef Brisket (premium item)
Smoked for 14 hrs on a blend of woods, our beef brisket is shredded and served in a heavy beef au jus.
Half Pound Beef Burger
Hand-pattied fresh ground beef from the grill.
